ANNIE WILLIAMS
I was first drawn to photography as a teenager, enthralled by the opportunity to capture priceless images of friends and family. As i matured, so did my passion. When my children started preschool, I began taking classes that gave me insight to darkroom techniques and allowed me to explore the word of black and white photography, which had always enamored me. Soon I was assisting professional photographers with weddings and portraits and learning every aspect of the business. I’ve had the good fortune to work with some very talented people and have used that gained knowledge and experience in the creation of my own unique style.
These days, I often find myself kicking up dust on a desert road, hiking through an enchanted forest or scampering up a mountain. It is in these pursuits that I am able to commute with nature and with my camera close by, I can catch and preserve those precious connections that occur along the journey.
